4.6 Your access and use of the service is at your own risk. To the extent that is permitted by law, TBC will have no responsibility for any harm to your computing system, loss of data or other harm to you or any third party.
4.7 When purchasing downloadable content, this can be done directly through the website www.devinchii.com.
4.8 When booking a coding session this will also be done through the website and booked through your account.
5.1 All payments for course materials must be received in full before we are able to send these to you.
5.2 Prices for the course materials may vary and this is clearly labelled on the website.
5.3 Sessions with consultants come with varying fees, starting at ₦13,451.11 per hour. All charges for sessions with consultants must be made in advance.
5.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we may change the purchase fees at any time. If this is the case, we will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on or through the service and/or by sending you an email notification.
5.5 You authorise us to charge the applicable fees to the payment method which you have submitted.
5.6 When your payment has been processed then TBC will appear on your bank statement.
